Passover Cooking

Last Wednesday, Wendy and I made matzo pizza. Basically you use matzo instead of dough. It's easy and yummy!
First we put tomato sauce
Topped it with kosher salami, mushrooms, onions and red peppers
Put on lots of cheese
Put it in the oven for a few minutes
And voila! Matzo pizza.

On Friday I made another Passover dish called fried matzo. It's also quite easy and yummy!
I started by breaking the matzo up into tiny pieces
I soaked the matzo until it got soft
Whisked four eggs with salt and pepper until..
..they became this.
Then I cooked the egg a little bit first, then threw the matzo in to let it fry with the egg, and that's it!
Then we enjoyed it. Nomnom.
Passover ends tomorrow afternoon, so no more of this for another year!
