So to start off, my name is Gillian. I'm a 21 year old student from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I got into photography around 2005 with an old digital camera taking pictures of my dogs. I got my own Kodak digital camera the following year for Christmas, and used it quite a lot. My photography progressed from taking pictures of just my dogs to taking pictures of everything, which has improved since I started. I used my Kodak for a good four years, until I was ready to move on and get a better camera, and I researched quite a bit. I ended up deciding on the Sony DSC-HX1. I love taking pictures of pretty much anything. I also really enjoy blogging. Here you'll find bits and pieces of what goes on in my life, pictures of my city, concerts I went to, my three adorable dogs and occasionally my cat and guinea pig, food I've cooked up, my wonderful family, trips I've been on, and much much more. :)
