Disneyland: The Happiest Place on Earth!

Last Monday, my mom and I were off to Disneyland! We had a lot of fun, and it was a wonderful experience for both of us.

We saw Mary Poppins. Totally awesome!

We saw this little guy just waddling around Disneyland.. maybe that's why we couldn't find Donald!

We went on It's A Small World, it's such a cute ride. :)

Woody and Jessie!!! If you know me, you know I'm the biggest Toy Story fan ever. So this was a big deal for me. :D The first picture makes me laugh every time.. oh Woody!

The next thing we did was a Finding Nemo submarine ride! We went underwater, and then there was a story with the characters. It was really well done, and was worth the hour and a half wait!

Lunch time! Grilled chicken burger with tomatoes and avocado and french fries. Need I say more?!

After a long morning and afternoon at Disneyland, it was time to spend the evening at the second park: California Adventure!

At first I wanted to go on that roller coaster (California Screamin'), until I saw it was

a) over water

and

b) insanely high

My mom kicked my butt at Toy Story Mania. Seriously. It was a lot of fun, though! It was a 4-D virtual arcade, Toy Story style! Just my type of game! Also, as you can see, my mom got a beaver as a prize. We really are obvious Canadians... even though I missed Canada Day for the second year in a row. Sorry Canada!

We went on Mickey's ferris wheel!

So after doing a couple of rides at that park, we went back to Disneyland for fireworks in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle!

After the fireworks, we saw Mickey Mouse! He's a sweetheart. :)

The last thing we did was spend an hour and a half in this store. It's HUGE and filled with lots of Disney souvenirs.. and I mean lots! So that was our 16 hour day at Disneyland! Hope you enjoyed! :)
