Last Monday was my 20th birthday. Not just an ordinary 20th birthday.. I got to see Simple Plan perform their entire new album Get Your Heart On! except for one song that they're keeping a secret, plus a few oldies they haven't performed since the beginning (including What's New Scooby Doo!!). It was a really intimate show (maybe 500 people), so it was pretty 'secret' considering the size of Montreal. This was my 5th time seeing them live and they honestly never disappoint!

Overall a 20th birthday I'll never forget! I got to spend it with one of my really good friends too which was pretty awesome! We had a good night partying with the guys! Plus, Get Your Heart On! sounds amazing. If you heard their last album, you know they sort of matured with their sound. Well, this album goes back to their 'roots' and is more fun and a lot more punk. It makes all this waiting for June 21st worth it. That's when their new album is coming out. I already preordered it with all the merchandise that comes with it because well, I'm crazy. But hey! It's worth it! 31 days! Tomorrow's a month.. insane! It's going fast!! :)
