Surprise!!

Yesterday I got the biggest surprise in my life and nearly had a heart attack. Guess who came all the way from Pennsylvania by plane to Montreal to visit? SARA! (psssst her blog is here!) Oh and did I mention it was a surprise?! I've been lied to (IN A GOOD WAY!) for months about a planned trip that she'd come up during "spring break"...apparently this planned trip was planned sooner than I thought! My stepmom Wendy made up a story that she had to go to her boss's...but was actually going to the airport to pick up my best friend. And I had no clue whatsoever. Wendy comes home, and guess who walks in with a video camera to tape my reaction behind her? Yes. Sara!! I couldn't really breathe and currently have carpet burns on my elbows from going down on the ground, I'm surprised I didn't end up completely fainting! My whole family knew about this too... but it was worth not knowing what was going on!
Today we all went to Ottawa, Ontario which is relatively close to Montreal, about two hours out. We had tons of fun, and a separate blog post is coming! Tomorrow we're off to the Biodome which is a zoo/aquarium/museum with different climates in it that have tons of exotic animals, so pictures will definitely be taken! Then we're going out to a fancy restaurant for New Years Eve dinner, and then we're going to see fireworks go off at the Old Port! It will be fabulous! I'm excited, and Sara is too!
